The Drag Specialties Bagger Racing League (BRL) is proud to officially announce its 2026 manufacturer contingency programs for the “Battle of the Baggers” championship, presented by Memphis Shades.
For the 2026 season, BRL has secured structured contingency partnerships with S&S Cycle and Vance & Hines Motorsports, delivering substantial performance-based rewards across the Bagger GP, Pro Stock Bagger, and Super Street Bagger classes.
These programs reinforce BRL’s commitment to professional competition standards, technical development, and meaningful manufacturer engagement within the rapidly growing performance bagger segment.
S&S Cycle 2026 BRL Contingency Program
S&S Cycle has implemented a podium-based cash payout program for eligible riders competing in the 2026 BRL championship .
Eligibility Requirements:
- Competitors must utilize S&S Cycle engines or qualifying engine, drivetrain, or exhaust components.
- A 6-inch “Powered by S&S” decal must be displayed on both sides of the motorcycle.
- Authorized S&S patches must be worn on the upper sleeve or upper chest of race leathers.
- Riders must submit a completed contingency form following each event, including a high-quality photograph.
- Signed W-9 and valid U.S. address required.
- Riders must acknowledge S&S Cycle during podium ceremonies and produce at least one video short during the season highlighting S&S and their race program.
Per-Race Cash Payout Structure:
Bagger GP
- 1st Place: $1,000
- 2nd Place: $750
- 3rd Place: $500
Pro Stock Bagger
- 1st Place: $750
- 2nd Place: $500
- 3rd Place: $250
Super Street Bagger
- 1st Place: $500
- 2nd Place: $250
- 3rd Place: $125
S&S Cycle will provide registered participants with decals, patches, and apparel prior to the start of the season.
Vance & Hines Motorsports 2026 BRL Contingency Program
Vance & Hines Motorsports has committed a total of $10,000 in contingency credit for the 2026 BRL season . All awards are issued as VHM performance credit, redeemable toward race components and in-house services.
Per-Race Credit Structure (Seven Rounds):
Bagger GP
- 1st: $150
- 2nd: $125
- 3rd: $100
- 4th: $50
- 5th: $50
Pro Stock Bagger
- 1st: $150
- 2nd: $125
- 3rd: $100
- 4th: $50
- 5th: $50
Super Street Bagger
- 1st: $150
- 2nd: $125
- 3rd: $100
- 4th: $50
- 5th: $50
Participation Requirements:
- Motorcycle must be equipped for the full season with either:
- VHM 2:1 Comp Series Exhaust (Part No. 16200), or
- VHM ProVent Breather (Part No. 41-1000).
- Official Vance & Hines Motorsports decals must be displayed on both side covers or both saddlebags.
- Riders must post race results on social media, tag Vance & Hines Motorsports, and utilize required hashtags.
- Registration must be submitted no later than May 1, 2026.
