How to register for Round 4 Daytona

 

Battle of the Baggers Round 4 is being hosted at the 39th Annual Race of Champions at Daytona International Speedway. CCS is the hosting series and registration will be done through their system. 

Below is a breakdown on how to register on site at Daytona International Speedway. 

To Register for Round 4 Daytona BRL races:

Pre-registration deadline was October 3.

On site Registration is at gate 70.

All post-entry forms are available at the track in paper form.

No other forms are accepted..

To sign up for BRL races:

· Fill out a BRL post-entry form

· Fill out a one-event race license form (Only if you do not hold a current CCS license)

· Go to the post entry window.

· Present your current race license, AMA Membership, photo ID, and your completed post-entry forms.

· Sign both the CCS and Daytona waivers

· Rent a transponder (if needed) – the form is with the registration clerk

· Rent a garage (if available) – the form is with the registration clerk

· Pay for your race(s), transponder, garage, and credential

· Take your pink slip with you to tech your bike

· Take your pink slip with you to change anything on your races.

Thursday, Oct.13th: 

  • 9:00AM to 5:00PM All Participants
  • 7:00AM to 9:00AM ASRA/CCS Riders & Crew who are Pre-Entered Only

Friday, Oct.14th:

  • 7:00AM to 4:00PM All Participants 
  • Rider Registration Closes at 8:00AM for riders with Friday races
  • 9:00AM Team Challenge Registration Closes

Saturday, October 15th:

  •  7:00AM to 4:00PM All Participants
  • Rider Registration Closes at 8:00AM for riders with Saturday races

REGISTRATION PRICES: 

Round 4 Daytona entry prices are $125 for any race that you sign up for other than the Team challenge which is $250.

All six classes are available: ATU, F/S CUP, LITE WEIGHT TWINS, BIG TWINS, PRO-STOCK BAGGER, BAGGER GP.

For those who choose to post enter the event you will have to purchase all credentials.

Credential fees are as follows:These are the Official Passes for all racers, crew members, family etc. and provide access to pit/paddocks and rider restricted areas. Subject to change without notice*


WEDNESDAY $65 (5-day pass)

THURSDAY $65 (4-day pass)

FRIDAY $60 (3-day pass)

SATURDAY $50 (2-day pass)

SUNDAY $40 (1-day pass)

Payment:

-Cash, Card or Check

-Checks on US banks should be for the full amount calculated.

-Canadian or other international riders must remit by either charge card, cashiers check or money order in US funds.

-All checks or money orders should be payable to CCS or ASRA.

TECH: Tech will be in the yellow garages.

Thursday October 13TH:

  • 1:00PM CCS / ASRA Tech Opens Inside
  • 5:00PM Tech Closes

Friday October 14TH:

  • 7:00AM Tech Open

Saturday October 15TH:

  • 7:00AM Tech Opens

Garages:

For this 39th ROC, we will be using Yellow (BRL) Garages. Garages will be locked down at 6pm Thursday and 60 minutes after the last checkered flag on Friday and Saturday, All garages must be emptied on Monday morning by 9:00am. *Racers can leave at any time during the posted garage hours as long as your rig is not too big to get out between other vendors and racers. Everyone must be out of the event by Monday morning 9AM.

ROC Garage Rental Form

Fees: Open air $150, Enclosed $300 

Campers:

The Rider/Owner lot, located south of the yellow garage area, will be available for competitor RV parking for $195 per site Rider Owner lot rental form. Parking in this area will be limited to registered riders and owners only. All others wishing to camp in Daytona’s infield should purchase an infield RV space through the Daytona International Speedway ticket office (1-800-PITSHOP).

All requests are due no later than Friday, September 30, 2022. 

If you are camping onsite with a camper you will need a Rider/Owner Lot pass Rider Owner lot rental form

Tent camping – Nascar turn 3 grass area (normally where tent camping is)

Receiving/Shipping Packages at Daytona:
Daytona Shipping & Receiving has scheduled hours of operation:
MON-FRI 8:30am - 5:00pm; SAT. 9:00am - 2:00pm.
Nothing can be received or shipped outside of these hours.
